We received about 3 cm of snow Friday night, so the ground is at least covered in white. This is a step in the right direction, but is still not enough to make acceptable skiing conditions.
I will not be reporting conditions here over the next week, as I will be skiing at Stokely Creek Lodge, north of Sault Ste. Marie, where they have lots of beautiful powder snow. If it snows here while I am away, the trails will not be groomed until next Sunday at the earliest.
