Well naturally, that November 2 snow didn't last very long. It was gone within 2 days. However, the time is approaching when we will be able to get out on the trails and ski.
After yesterday's tremendous wind storm, I've spent the morning walking the trails and picking up branches and trees that have fallen on the trail. Most were small, but some will require a chainsaw to clear them.
While we are waiting for snow, I've been keeping busy levelling and correcting crossfall on some trail sections that had a distinct side-to-side slope.
