Today is Day 35 of skiing.
Conditions here first thing this morning are not bad, considering that our temperature went up to +2 yesterday afternoon. We're currently sitting at -3, and the snow surface is surprisingly soft. It's not quite powder, but it's also not the icy crust that I was expecting. The forecast high for today is 0. Skiing will be best this morning, before the temperature hits the freezing point.
