I'm going to say today is a skiable day, so it's Day 36 of skiing this season.
I've been out skiing this morning, and it's possible, though not good. We received about 1 cm of new snow yesterday and overnight; just enough to create a tiny soft cushion between your skis and the icy crust below. Adding to the challenge is the fact that the temperature is currently -1 and is predicted to hit 0 later today, so waxing will be difficult and glide will probably not be good.
Conditions are difficult, and skiing here today should only be attempted by expert skiers.
I will try some grooming later this morning, to see if I can make things any better.
